OVERSEAS SHIPPING GUIDE
How to order
- On the online page of the item you want to buy, press the Overseas Shipping button.
- Please provide the details on the order form, including product design number, size, and your customer information, then press 'SUBMIT'.
- Once the order is received, we will promptly inform you of availability or suggest alternatives if the item is temporarily out of stock. Also, the total amount payable including shipping will be notified. Feel free to inform us if you would like to make any changes at this stage.
- We will provide you with the link to the Mizuho Factor site after receiving your order confirmation.
- You can conveniently make your payment using your preferred credit card via the Mizuho Factor site.
- Your purchased item(s) will be sent within three business days after payment is confirmed.
Payment
Our company has outsourced the credit card payment process to Mizuho Factor Corporation. After your order is confirmed, we will send you a link to the payment form via email. Please complete the payment procedure through the provided link.

We use EMS by Japan Post as it is the most reliable and globally provided service for your convenience.

- We assume no responsibility against any loss or damage during delivery as stipulated in the Japan Post EMS regulations. We, however, assist our customers by contacting the Japan Post to investigate any possible issues resulting from the EMS mailing.
- We cannot ship items under-declared (e.g., as a gift or at a lower value).
Items will be shipped at their actual purchase price.
Customs policy
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Depending on the total value of the items, customs fees may apply.
